Hi I'm Mathias

I am a Mormon originating from Gridley, CA.

About Me

I am currently a mechanical engineering student at BYU-I. Mechanical systems have always interested me and working on cars, dirtbikes, and other mechanical systems has become a hobby of mine. I love to play sports and to be active but I am not very social on the contrary. I am single and not in a rush to get married anytime soon.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because my previous way of life was filled with a lot of regrets, loneliness, and darkness and the gospel has helped me to see my purpose and meaning in life. Being apart of the LDS church has helped me find happiness and light in my life. There is so much support and love within in the church. Even for those who come from difficult family situations.

How I live my faith

I am currently attending a LDS ward in Utah with my friends. When i lived in California last year I was apart of recently opened ward that catered to young single adults. I served as Assistant Ward Mission Leader where I helped local missionaries find people to teach. I try to the live the ten commandments to my best and many other commandments given by modern LDS leaders.

What are some things that tell you there is a God?

Mathias
The clearest answer one can receive to know if there is a God is through the Holy Ghost(Spirit). The spirit has manifested this to me in small instances throughout my life. Another way to know that there is a God is through miracles. Miracles are occurrences that defy science or odds or that just cannot be explained through temporal means. Show more Show less
