Hi I'm Alec

I grew up in the church and I love it! I'm a singer and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to sing, act, dance, play basketball, and above all, I love my LDS community. I am a future missionary and after I serve my mission, I am planning on attending college to study music. Eventually I hope to go into teaching music and inspiring the youth with the power of music. Music is a powerful tool that people use to feel an emotion of choice. I hope to lift up and inspire people through my gift of music and that I may do it in a way that pleases my God above.

Why I am a Mormon

I think the best thing about being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, is the plan God always has in store for us. We may not always know why God has changes thrown at us in our lives, good or bad. God always looks for ways to bless us in our individual lives and enjoys to do so. He knows you personally, knows the desires of your heart, and will always help you, even in your darkest hour. As a member of His church, Christ will always be the center of my home. Having Christ be the cornerstone my life, reassures me that my future wife and children will grow up in a home where they can and will not be ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ. That they may be able to share it with others and they will continue the message throughout this time. I have a strong testimony of this church and everything it stands for I stand right with it.

How I live my faith

One way I exercise my faith is by attending church every Sunday. I also live the gospel by having early morning scripture study with my family, personal prayer every night, and having the opportunity to lead and teach in my Seminary/Sunday school classes. These opportunities give me the ability to grow closer to my God with others to help me close by.
