Hi I'm Loren

I grew up in England and then moved to Canada and now call Utah home. I work as a computer system administrator. I am a Mormon.

About Me

My wife and I have 10 children from previous marriages, 6 are mine and 4 are hers. We have 6 grandchildren together and love family get togethers. We enjoy walking and biking together and I love researching my family tree.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents were converts to the church and I was taught by them as a child to follow the Mormon faith. Over the years I come to know for myself that this is the Lords church on the earth and that I want to follow Jesus Christ and his teachings. The church has helped me to get through difficult times by teaching me about Jesus Christ and how he knows and loves each of us. Jesus paid the price for us to find peace in him and has given us the way so we can become clean and acceptable before God our Heavenly Father.

How I live my faith

In the church I serve others by helping them build their family tree. I also like to find service opportunities in the community. Through my employer I have been able to help at a homeless shelter in town and other things from time to time. I think that it's important to try to serve others when we can, like Jesus Christ taught. Through the church I have the opportunity to watch over other members and to be there for them when they need help.
