Hi I'm Connor

I was born in Utah, I love balloons, I love to travel, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am just about to graduate High School, and i'm just as ready as any other senior to leave and start a new chapter in my life. My favorite things in life are food and art, but not necessarily together. I love to sculpt, draw, paint, and my favorite is to make balloon creations. I also love to watch T.V. and listen to music like any normal teenager. I love hanging out with my friends and family and playing with my two pet birds. I'm ready to grow up though, and that way I can travel more. I love traveling, and i'm open to go just about anywhere in the world. I just try to be outgoing...but safe.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church, and continue to follow it's teachings today. I love the feeling that I get when I have the Spirit in my life. I love the peace that following Christ gives me. I love my Savoir and I know that He loves and knows me personally. The Spiritual blessings I receive every week from attending church meetings is worth it enough. People in the church really care about others and want the best for them. It's somewhere I can go to feel the love of my Savior. And it gives me comfort to know that I can be with my family forever. I am a Mormon not just because I was born into the church, but because I have studied, read, and prayed to know if it is true, and I do, I have a testimony that is constantly being strengthened every day. I'd encourage everyone to read, pray, and study to know if the church is true. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is true and i'm so glad that i'm a member. And I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

How I live my faith

I love the Gospel so much. I try to show it in my everyday life. Right now I am preparing to leave on my mission, I have been called to serve in the North Carolina, Charlotte mission and can't wait to go. I love home teaching and go every month. I have been teaching lessons in my Deacons/Teachers/Priests/ and even Elders quorum classes that are held every Sunday in church. Not that I love to teach, i'd rather listen, but I do try to teach willingly. I love seminary and will be sad to see it go, because it's my last year. I try to be as kind as I can to people, and develop as many Christ-like attributes as I can. I've always been taught to love everyone no matter what. One of my favorite quotes from President Uchtdorf is, "Don't judge me because I sin differently than you." I try to keep that in mind as I go throughout my day. Service is a big part of church to me, and serving as much as I can makes me happier, and I'd encourage everyone else to serve, and make the time to serve because it really makes you love others, and feel better about yourself.
