Hi I'm Harold

I grew up in Tacoma Washington. Lived in Utah, Iowa and now in New Mexico. I've been in the custom cabinet business all my life.

About Me

I have always worked in the custom cabinet industry. I am married (47-1/2 years) and we have six children (currently 27 grandchildren). I enjoy woodworking, home repairs (as a necessity), gardening walking, bike riding and golf (there was a time that I enjoyed playing basketball but my joints don't agree with that at this point in my life).

Why I am a Mormon

My parents were members of the Mormon church when I was born and followed the faith all their lives. The principles they taught me along with those taught in the church itself have molded my understanding of the Lord, Jesus Christ. I have studied the principles of the faith all my life and have no question that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is true. In the process of raising our family we have found the Gospel to be the one thing that is a constant and has helped us through uncounted situations.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving as a full time volunteer at a church historic site in Nauvoo, IL. Over the years I have worked with youth groups as well as organizing adult classes and worship services in the places where we have lived (in three different states [Utah, Washington and Iowa].
