Hi I'm Ian

My name is Ian. I was born in Switzerland, but grew up in Orem, Utah. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the youngest of 8 children, 6 girls and 2 boys. I was born in Switzerland, and then moved around to Colorado, Germany, and finally Utah where I have grown up since 5th grade. I graduated high school and did my Freshman year of college at Brigham Young University studying computer science. I enjoy anything that is outdoors, such as skiing, hiking, mountain biking, camping, etc. I have been called to serve in the Korea Busan mission, and I will be leaving on May 25, 2016.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I truly believe in the teaching of the LDS church and I believe that everyone can have the opportunity to find happiness and joy in living this gospel. I can see the benefits of living the commandments that this church is centered on and it is a way I want to live my life, and to become closer to Christ.

How I live my faith

I have grown up in the church, and have since had many callings and duties throughout my youth. Most recently, I have been called to serve a 2 year mission in Korea, and am preparing to leave.
