Hi I'm Tanner Kyle Anderson

I grew up in both Utah and Louisiana. I'm about to leave on my mission for The Dominican Republic. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love excitement, adventure, and anything that gets the adrenaline pumping. Rock climbing, skydiving, and snowboarding are some of my favorite things. Growing up in Utah, I naturally have a love for the outdoors and nature. I love camping, backpacking, and hiking. After my mission to The Dominican Republic concludes, I will most likely be attending college and studying business. I've always had an interest in the business world, and I am very excited to pursue that.

Why I am a Mormon

I became a Mormon because I was lucky enough to be born into the church, but I have a testimony of the gospel because of the times when I have been confused and in darkness, and Christ is the only one that can help me. These times have helped me to realize the true nature of God and Christ, and I have learned that through them, I can do anything. I am so grateful to Christ for performing the atonement, and for giving us the ability to return to live with God again someday. I love my Savior and I love this gospel and I am so grateful for the person it has made me.

How I live my faith

One way I live my faith is through service and kindness to others. Through my school, and positions I've held through the student government, I have had a lot of influence with my peers. I have used that to make sure others are feeling needed and included, and to make sure that service opportunities are available. I have also had opportunities through my ward and stake to serve on committees that plan testimony building activities for the youth.
