Hi I'm Olivia Aguillon

I wanted my struggles in life to make sense so I prayed to our Heavenly Father and received an answer. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I have five siblings. Two older brothers, one older sister, and then another sister who happens to be my twin. I have lived in Utah my entire 19 years of existence and have loved it. I have been accepted to USU but as of now I am putting in my leave of absence so I can serve as a missionary. When I return I hope to be able to study Recreation Resource Management and work in national parks. I love to explore, to go hiking, travel, and try new things.

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon because the gospel of Jesus Christ was the only thing I could hold onto when I was younger. I had no friends, not a lot of support, and had to learn how to grow up quickly. Being Mormon has given me so much happiness. I know that I am loved and that I will get the strength I need to carry out my days. Our Heavenly Father loves me and He loves you and it is has been such a strong witness to know that I am not alone. Every bad day, every trial I face can be overcome if I put my faith in Jesus Christ and ask for that help. Then I know that he will bless me with the strength and help that I need.

How I live my faith

Faith is something that means differently for every individual. How I express my faith is by actively serving in my community and serving the youth. I volunteered at the local zoo for a few hours a week. My responsibilities were feeding the animals and teaching kids about them. I also volunteer and have worked with the Boy Scouts of America. I am heavily involved in scouting and have worked at Bartlett Scout Reservation for six years. My main responsibilities is to teach the youth leadership and help enable them in such a way that they can learn to lead others
