Hi I'm Sam

I love to run cross country and play the viola. I coach soccer to little kids just learning to play. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I love to run for fun. I have participated on the cross country team for three years. I love music and have played the viola for seven years. A new hobby I have found is quilting currently I am working on my first quilt. Incorporating my shirts and uniforms from cross country and soccer. I love mathematics any kind of form of it. I just recently finished the AP Calculus course and I spent some extra time and studied for the BC test. I am scared of heights and overcame it by jumping off a cliff into the water at Flaming Gorge. I am an eagle scout.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints has been restored by the prophet Joseph Smith through the power given to him by Jesus Christ. That this church receives revelation for our days from our prophet President Thomas S. Monson. I know that power of the priesthood is real and has influenced my life. I know the power of temples can bless our lives. As I have continued to attend the temple to do baptisms for the dead. I know that they are receiving those blessings in heaven. I know that Heavenly Father lives and loves me. I know that Jesus Christ is his begotten son and our brother and that He atoned for our sins. That we might live with Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ in the Celestial Kingdom. I know that I can receive personal revelation from the Holy Ghost specific for what I have questions on or when I need guidance. I know that the Book of Mormon was translated by the prophet Joseph Smith and was translated for our days as guidance for our lives. I say these things in the name of our Savior, our Redeemer, even Jesus Christ. Amen.

How I live my faith

I am a home teacher. I teach little kids the basics of soccer. I have written Santa Letters to first graders in our community. I have helped in the highway cleanup near my school. I have helped with many eagle scout projects from our ward family. I participate in my Sunday school classes by sometimes teaching a lesson.
