Hi I'm Emma

I am an aspiring neuroscientist and world traveler. I love the arts and the outdoors. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a university student who loves to hike, run, and enjoy the beauties of nature! I love learning and studying which is why I am pursuing neuroscience and political science. Aside from my books and outdoor activities, I harbor a deep love for the arts– independent cinema, Shakespeare, and museums are some of my favorite ways pass the time. I greatly enjoy exploring new places and firmly believe that traveling is always a good idea, and any of these activities are even better if done alongside family or close friends.

Why I am a Mormon

The restored Gospel of Jesus Christ offers me direction, comfort, hope, and happiness. I choose to be a member of this church because of the joy and light it brings my life personally, and because of the blessings it brings me and my family. This Gospel is all about finding happiness as families, and the love of Jesus Christ and his teachings motivate me to love and serve all God's children!

How I live my faith

I am grateful to be able to serve a mission in Italy and work with the wonderful people there. I have previously worked with my community on a number of church-refugee and charity service projects, as well as working with fellow youth in the community and my school's release-time religious Seminary program.
