Hi I'm Gilbert Eppich

I recently retired as a geophysicist working in the Gulf Coast oil fields. Religion and science are great together. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My wife and I met over 50 years ago and have raise three sons. I am a scientist who has studied the earth and applied what I know to the oil and gas industry. My hobbies are my family, wood working and traveling.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it works for me. I have avoided many of life's problems simply by following the teachings and principles of the Church. The religious principles I study and the scientific facts that I understand, work logically together. Perhaps the most important reason I'm a Mormon is that it feels right deep within my soul.

How I live my faith

I try to live and honest and productive life. I get pleasure out of helping and teaching others. Church activity is an important part my life along with applying gospel principles to the way I live. One of my most rewarding experiences has been working with single men and women in the Church.
