Hi I'm Morgan

I'm Morgan from Oregon. I love to travel, play sports, read books, and spend time with my family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a college student who is studying mechanical engineering and computer science. If I have time to spare, I enjoy hiking, swing dancing, or sports. During the summer, I love to travel. Some of my favorite places I've visited are Japan, Hawaii, and Costa Rica.

Why I am a Mormon

I learned from a very young age that Heavenly Father is real and that He loves me. Since I had that knowledge, I never had to doubt. Our loving Heavenly Father provided the Plan of Salvation, so that we may all return to live with Him again. This truth has given me strength and comfort when hard times hit. I have had friends who lost loved ones, and they were devastated because they didn't know they would see that person again. However, I know that families are eternal, and I will be reunited with my loved ones after this mortal life is over. I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is true. Joseph Smith was a prophet of God and an instrument in the Lord's hand to restore the fullness of gospel to the earth. I know that the Book of Mormon is true, and it blesses my life each time I read it. Through it, I can find answers to my prayers and receive personal revelation. God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Since He helped and blessed individuals in the scriptures, He will continue to do so now. He loves all of His children, and He wants us all to return to live with Him again.

How I live my faith

Currently, I am preparing to serve a mission. I have been called to the Japan Kobe mission. As a missionary, I will get the opportunity to not only preach the Gospel, but to more importantly love and serve the people in Japan. Every day, I try to be the best person I can be and to live righteously in order to be a good example to those around me.
