Hi I'm Heather

I'm a violinist. I love the mountains. I love to travel. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm Heather! I was born in Minnesota, moved to Utah, moved to Germany and then back to Utah. I'm the youngest of three sisters. I am a musician (I play violin and guitar). I love to be outside, especially in the mountains (hiking, biking or skiing). And I love to travel with my family. I love adventures and being surrounded by a completely new culture. I am a nursing student at BYU but I'm taking a break to serve and LDS mission to Vanuatu, Port Vila, New Caledonia region. I couldn't be more excited to serve the people of New Caledonia!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it brings me JOY! Living the gospel daily brings me happiness, peace and joy. I am grateful for what I learn from the gospel. I know I have a loving Heavenly Father and Mother who care about me and want me to be as happy as possible. I know that Jesus is my loving brother and that he suffered for me so that I can return to live with my Heavenly Father again. He suffered through my pains, trials, sins and heart aches so that he can perfectly understand me and help me through this life. I'm so grateful for this knowledge that the church brings me and the happiness that comes from being a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I go to church, I fulfill my callings, I read my scriptures daily and I strive to serve and love those around me. By living the gospel daily, I find peace and joy.
