Hi I'm Geoffrey Chance Scott

I am a missionary. I am part of a robotics club. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I love planes, and robots. I plan to go to college after my mission. I love to read and to write my own stories. I was in the robotics club at my high school, and won the AIA state robotics tournament. I am a Eagle Scout. I am the oldest child in my family. I worked with my neighbor in air conditioning before I left for my mission. I am currently serving a mission in the Colorado Colorado Springs Mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I love the church because it has help me know where I need to go in my life. I have learn how to be more like my Savior, Jesus Christ, and many life lessons. I hope that I can serve the Lord diligently in my mission to the Colorado Colorado Springs mission.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving a mission in the Colorado Colorado Springs mission. Before I received my call to serve I was very active in my youth group, and I would visit few families with my dad for home teaching.

Why do Mormons perform baptisms for the dead?

Geoffrey Chance Scott
The reason why we do baptisms for the dead is that we can give others who have pasted into the spirit world that did not hear the Gospel or who had rejected it in this mortal life the opportunity to accepted in the next. This does not mean that they are forced to accept it, but that they can if they wish. Show more Show less
