Hi I'm Jessie

I grew up in the small town of Soda Springs in Idaho. I love photography, music, reading, and writing. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Every since I can remember I've loved photography and capturing memories on film. I also love music, listening to it and playing or singing it. My favorite music group is BYU Vocal Point. Currently I am attending college and I love it here! The scenery, the people, it's all so wonderful! I've met my best friends here and they are such a huge influence and support system for me. I love being involved in planning and leading all sorts of events.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and have grown up in an active Mormon family. When I was a teenager the choice became mine to attend church or not. At the time, I didn't understand the importance and love that this gospel has so I wouldn't go. It took a few years for me to realize what I was missing out on so I started my trek back to being an active member. Now, I willingly and excitedly go to church every week to learn more about His gospel and do all that I can to make myself better and more like Him. Being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has been such a blessing to me throughout my life. The truths that I have learned and the evidence and support that accompany it have been impossible to deny. Every day I make the choice to follow His gospel because I know of the happiness and comfort that it brings. I know that this is the true church of Christ and that this is His gospel and He lives!

How I live my faith

In the past I have been involved with being in the presidency of different groups for the young women in which we planned activities and lessons for the girls. Currently I am preparing to go on a mission and I leave in June. I will be serving in the California Carlsbad mission and I am so excited!
