Hi I'm Alejandra

Venezuela is my home. I am a daughter, a sister and a friend. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I seriously can't get enough of outside. I love being out exploring, doing new things, breathing fresh air and basking in mother nature's glory. Some of my favorite things to do include playing volleyball, rollerblading, running, mountain biking and hiking. I like sitting on the beach and just being close to the ocean. But I also enjoy watching movies and eating popcorn with my closest friends. I write books. I love the fact that I can create a whole new world, something no one else has ever seen. I'm currently studying electrical engineering. I love mathematics and engineering. I like trying to figure out how things work.

Why I am a Mormon

I can honestly say that nothing has ever brought me greater happiness than being a member of this church. I have been Mormon all my life. I know Heavenly Father loves each and every one of us. He wants us to return to live with Him. He gave us everything we need to follow His plan, including scriptures, prophets, the Holy Ghost, and Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ was sent to earth to give all of us the opportunity to follow him and live forever with our families. I know Jesus is the Christ and he died for us so we can repent and strive each day to follow his example and be better. I know the true church was restored through the prophet Joseph Smith and that we have a living prophet today who tells us all we need to know to live a happy life now and forever. I know the Book of Mormon and the Bible will help us learn more of our Savior, to get to know him personally. I know this is the only true church on the earth today.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by putting my trust in our Lord, my own personal Savior. I do so by aligning my will with his and listening to the promptings of the spirit. I do so even when Heavenly Father asks something of me that I don't want to do. I know that this will help me to be a tool in His hands as he can cultivate me to become the best possible version of myself. I live my faith by constantly striving to be like Christ and treat others as He would treat them. I live my faith by doing the simple things.
