Hi I'm Crystal

I'm preparing to serve a Spanish speaking mission in California! And return to go to college in Utah. I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I love spending time my family, friends and I love food! I love to play basketball, play the violin and enjoy time by myself reading a good book. I am also proud of my Mexican- American heritage.

Why I am a Mormon

When I was born my parents were recent converts to the church. When they met the missionaries they were able to be baptized and a year later have the opportunity to go to the temple and be sealed for time and all eternity. As I grew up in the church I went to church because it was what my parents had done since they converted. I didn't have much of an understanding of it back then. There was a point in my youth that I wanted to know if the things I was being taught were true. If what I had been doing every Sunday for 16 years was true. It took many prayers and scripture studying that I now have a strong testimony of this church. Through the small tender mercies and the countless blessing I have received. I know that this is the true church on this earth. I know that my Heavenly Father loves me and every single one of his children. And that the ultimate goal is to return to him. I know that Joseph Smith the 14 year old boy that went into the woods and knelt down to pray was a prophet of God. I know that through prayer and scripture study that we can find the answers to our many problems. I love this gospel with all my heart! It has brought so much happiness to my life!

How I live my faith

I try to be the best example I can be to the people that are around me. Giving service to those who need help in the community, teaching classes for the youth at church and preparing to serve a mission in California, is how I live my faith.
