Hi I'm Farai Moga

I am from Zimbabwe, I currently stay in South Africa where I work as a financial wellness trainer and coach. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a husband and father of 3. I have 2 daughters and will be having a son in a few months. I love spending time with my wife and children. I also enjoy hanging with my church friends, we do a lot of fun things together. I love taking part in church activities and am always involved in the planning and organisation thereof.

Why I am a Mormon

I became a Mormon in 1993 when I was 13. I had been going to the Seventh Day Adventist since I was born. I followed my father to the LDS church and from that one Sunday I have not stopped. I have grown in my understanding and love for the gospel as taught in the LDS church. Living the Gospel of Jesus Christ has helped shape my life. It has given me a sense of direction. I have a better understanding of my purpose here on earth. Living the gospel will help us find and fulfill our purposes on earth. I have found joy and happiness through being a Mormon and living by the teachings we get at church.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving in 2 callings in my ward one from which I will be released very soon. I love both these callings. I work very well with my leaders. I am often involved in the planning of Ward activities. The last event I organised was a ward volleyball tournament. I pray every morning and evening. I study from the scriptures every morning.

Do Mormons only help Mormons?

Farai Moga
The Church helps anyone who is in need. Unlike governments who often want to know your political affiliation before they assist you, the Church helps anyone who is in need of assistance. I have been involved in community service projects where we were assisting people who have no affiliation whatsoever with the Church. Show more Show less
