Hi I'm Jeff McIlrath

Grew up in Kaysville, Utah. Love sports and the outdoors. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Graduated from Davis High in 2015. Love to play sports i.e. football, rugby, wrestling, etc. Love the outdoors i.e. camping, hiking, fishing, shooting, etc. Currently serving in the United States Army in the Utah National Guard. Certified Emergency Medical Technician. I enjoy helping others and putting a smile on their face.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Church, I grew up always going to Church and participating in Church activities. As I grew older and became more and more understanding of things, there have been many of times where I have questioned my own faith. There are things I question or don't seem to fully understand. But I have come to grow and to learn to love this Gospel, because whenever there is something that I might be struggling with, I remember to continue reading my scriptures and praying and doing the things that I know the Lord would want me to do. Through doing this in the Lord's own due time I gain testimony of things. My heart and mind are opened to a greater way of thinking and understanding, the Lord allows me to know that the things I am concerned with at that time are true. I am filled with a greater love for the principles I gain testimony of and for this Gospel each and every day.

How I live my faith

I enjoy taking part in service projects whenever possible and helping those in need. I make it a goal to read my scriptures, pray, and listen to one general conference talk each day.
