Hi I'm Breanna

I am a wife, mother, nurse, cowgirl and outdoor adventurer. I am a home-grown Utahn. My family is my everything and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

First and foremost, I find the most satisfaction in being a wife, mother, daughter and sister. I love to spend quality time with my loved ones. I look for opportunities that help me grow spiritually, physically, and intellectually. I am always trying to improve myself and find ways I can become a better woman. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and love to care for others as a registered nurse. I have many passions and I love to share them with others. I love to be physically active by hiking, biking, skiing, swimming, horseback riding, gardening, running and playing tennis. I share my love of art, music and creativity by singing, drawing, calligraphing, painting, photographing and playing the piano and violin. I know I am a daughter of God and know that he has a divine plan for me.

Why I am a Mormon

I’m a Mormon because I know that Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ appeared to Joseph Smith in the Sacred Grove. I know that the words I read in the Book of Mormon are true. I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is true, not because somebody told me it was or because my parents taught me the gospel since infancy. I know the gospel is true because when I live by it's teaching, my life is blessed and I find joy in it. I'm definitely not immune to trials, but I am given the strength to overcome them because I’m a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I love personal prayer and revelation. The daily prayers and verses of scripture I say and read help me be in tune to the Spirit. As I have the Spirit with me, I can know what Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ would have me do in my life. In my own home, I try to include prayer during all parts of the day. In the morning, before meals, before bed and anytime when I am in need of divine help, I pray. As a family, we read the scriptures, church literature and magazines. I love to attend the temple and be reminded of my divine nature and Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ’s plan for me. I love having church and temple artwork in my home. The gospel art in my home are constant reminders that home can be a haven and heaven on earth. I have had opportunities to serve in the church as a visiting teacher, ward missionary, young women beehive advisor and primary presidency counselor. Each calling has given me wonderful growth opportunities and have allowed me to make lasting friendships with others. I believe that one of the best ways to be a member missionary is by being an example of love and kindness. As we share our love of the gospel to others, we can share our love for them.
