Hi I'm Zach

I'm from Salt Lake City, Utah. I love music, medicine, and sports. I'm a missionary, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born into the church. Both of my parents are members, and the rest of my family are all members. I love the gospel. It has taught me so much on how to live my life. I love music; playing drums, piano, ukulele, and singing (especially in a choir). I love movies, concerts, and driving. I love watching/playing almost any sport you can think of. I love adventure, like hiking, white water rafting, rappelling, etc. I also like calmer things, like relaxing, sleeping, and just being with the people I love.

Why I am a Mormon

This gospel has provided me with so much hope and happiness. I had a period of time where I visited other churches, and I found that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints was the only place where I could feel complete peace, happiness, and hope. The message of the gospel has been simply that of hope. I have gained such a testimony of the Atonement of Christ. There is so much that this church holds that has helped me learn how to better myself. I have been through many trials in my life, some that have drawn me away from the church, but I have always found the church being so welcoming to me. In addition to the Atonement, I have learned that God still speaks through his prophets. What they say is true, and so long as their words are heeded, we will make it through. I know the Book of Mormon is true, and from that, Joseph Smith was truly a prophet of God. He truly saw Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ, and he did restore this true church to the earth today. I know the Priesthood is God's power delegated to man to do his work, and I'm so thankful for the way it has blessed my life. I know that because of the Plan of Salvation, my family can be together forever. I know that because of Jesus Christ, death has no power, and I will live again to be with my family for eternity. I seal this testimony, as well as the abundant testimony within me, with my life, and do so in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

How I live my faith

First, I have been called as a missionary in the Philippines Bacolod Mission, preaching in the Hiligaynon language. I have been working very hard to show Christ's light through my actions and example. I have served in numerous church callings, and strive to always keep my promises and covenants.
