Hi I'm Hardy

I grew up in the Philippines. I love to read books and listen to music. I'm awesome, because I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a Child of God who loves to read books, sing, dance, act, and draw. I grew up in the Philippines who happens to be born of goodly and loving parents. I started going to school at the age of 4 at a private elementary school and went to a science school during my high school years. And, I will be serving a full time mission in Korea.

Why I am a Mormon

I am so blessed that I was born as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter- Day Saints; that I was born a Mormon. The quote "Dare to be a Mormon, dare to stand alone. Dare to have a purpose firm, dare to make it known," had been my inspiration throughout my life. I am so grateful for the teachings that the church has taught me and most especially for the gospel, since it has been my guidance as I face my everyday struggles in life. I would also testify that through Joseph Smith, who is indeed a true prophet of God, the gospel and the church and it's foundations had been restored. And moreover, to our living prophet, Thomas S. Monson.

How I live my faith

I would like to bear witness that the The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter- Day Saints the only true church upon the face of the earth. Since I was a kid, I had always dream of becoming a full time missionary for our church just like my mom and dad. That is why, from the moment I opened my mission call, I know it would be a great challenge for me since I will be learning and teaching our Lord's Gospel, in a language that is so foreign to me. But either way, it would be a great opportunity and a privilege. Representing as a Lord's ambassador, I will do my best to serve Him faithfully. I know that sacrificing two years of my life isn't enough of what He has done for me. Because of Him, my family and I were truly blessed and will be blessed.

Do Mormons regard the Bible as Holy Scripture and the word of God?

Yes. Of course. We really do regard the Bible as a Holy Scripture and a word of God, as it is part or of our four standard works, which includes the Bible, the Book of Mormon, Doctrine of Covenants and the Pearl of Great Price. The Book of Mormon, which is the keystone of our religion supports the Bible. Show more Show less
