Hi I'm Austin Christenson

I was raised, since the age of 9, in Utah. I am originally from Nevada. I love my family, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I just graduated from high school, and am currently serving a mission in the Vancouver, Canada mission. In high school I graduated in the top of my class, and participated on varsity sports such as Cross Country and Tennis. I lettered in 3 of my 4 years in each of the sports. I also took a couple years and learned how to play the trumpet. I am not too bad if I do say so myself. I love my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in the covenant which means I have been a Mormon since birth. My family is very active in the church, and my parents both served missions, and have been very good examples to me throughout my life. Throughout my life I have learned to love this gospel, and try everyday lo live its precepts. I have learned through countless acts of faith that this church is true, and if you will live by it throughout your life, you will return to our Father in Heaven. I know that Jesus Christ suffered for us in Gethsemane so that we may be able to be wiped clean. I know that Joseph Smith restored this gospel on the Earth, and that he translated to Book of Mormon to be used by us in these latter days. I know that Thomas S. Monson is a true prophet of God that leads, and guides us today. I love this church, and know if we take that leap of faith it will be the best decision of our mortal lives.

How I live my faith

I will do service with a smile every day as a missionary to the church, and in my ward I served as a family history consultant, where we got to go around, and teach various families about the great ancestors that they had. Thus, teaching them how to grow with them. Finally, I try everyday to live a good example to my younger siblings.
