Hi I'm Chloe Cox

I was born in Sacramento California! I am currently Serving in the West Virginia Charleston Mission and LOVE IT!!

About Me

I love to be outside in Utah, especially in the canyon! Whether it's hiking, driving, camping or just enjoying scenery, Utah is truly beautiful. I have played the violin since I was 6 years old and still enjoy playing on my free time. I am an Exercise Science Major at UVU and plan to attend Medical School once I've completed my bachelors. I enjoy fitness and living a healthy active lifestyle! Me and my family are very close I have a younger brother Kiefer who is 20 and serving in the Mexico Reynosa mission; an older sister Kylie who is 25 and she is married to Jeremy who is 27. My mom Gina and dad Dana just celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary. We all love each other very much and I don't know what I would do without their love and support. I am serving in the West Virginia Charleston mission and I have never felt such PURE JOY!

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up as a member in the Church of Jesus of Latter Day Saints, but it wasn't until I moved out and was on my own that I fully understood how much of a rock the gospel was in my life. Being on my own I have realized that I live the gospel because of how it makes me feel, and the blessings I receive because of it. When you're on your own you don't have your parents telling you what to do, and when. I am glad that I have had the chance to grow my testimony on my own and to solidify everything I have ever been taught in the church. I go on my own, by choice, because I know that truth it holds. I have seen and felt the truthfulness that this gospel holds. Nothing has ever brought me such happiness and pure joy.

How I live my faith

I have always had a strong belief in the church. I choose to live my faith day by day in the small choices I make. I feel like I am a positive person that try's to motivate and see the good in others. I am strong in my standards and never compromise them no matter what situation I am in. I am also a very accepting and inviting person that doesn't dwell on outward appearances or past mistakes. I believe that each of us has a very personal and individualized plan on our journey to return to our Heavenly Father. I also love to participate in my singles ward through my calling as a Ward Missionary and also attending church activities when I can. Visiting teaching has become a big part of my testimony. I believe that this is a way for Heavenly Father to reach out in a more personal way to his children. I love visiting with sisters about their lives and try to help them in any way possible. I believe that it is how we live our everyday lives that shows our dedication and love for the gospel and our Heavenly Father.

Why is family so important to Mormons?

Chloe Cox
In my life I know one thing I can always count on is my family. Friends have come and gone, but the love and light my family brings to me has always been present in my life. Families are eternal, we are going to be with them forever. It is important to build those relationships and find joy in spending time together. Show more Show less
