Hi I'm Diane

I grew up in Utah, Samoa, and New Zealand. I'm a Mormon. I have five children and 15 grandchildren.

About Me

I am a Mom of 5 children and 15 grandchildren. I love music and playing the piano, and enjoy reading and most of all being with my family. I worked as a secretary for many years after my children were older, and for some time at the LDS Institute at Weber State University which was so enjoyable working with the young students.

Why I am a Mormon

Although born into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, I as well as others, had to earn my own testimony of its truthfulness, and this has been accomplished through continued study, faith and prayer. I feel the Spirit whenever I read from the Book of Mormon, or when I attend our meetings. It is a tremendous comfort to me to know that my Father in Heaven is always near, and I can pray to Him any time of day or night to receive comfort, direction, or strength when I need it. I know that if I continue to live the best I can, I will continue to feel His love.

How I live my faith

I love working with the women in our ward, and visiting with them individually. I draw great strength from them and love to hear each of their life stories and experiences. I also enjoy playing the organ or piano for various meetings or programs, and enjoy hearing other's talents.
