Hi I'm Michelle

I'm a dancer, a grandmother and a lover of ideas.

About Me

I like to garden, which in my book means dig in the dirt. I like to make family photo/history books and organize anything I get my hands on. I enjoy the arts and find joy in the expression of dance, music, visual art and theatre. I have 24 grand children who live in 4 different states. I delight in the times that we can all be together. I have been married nearly 44 yrs. I consider my husband as my beat friend. We enjoy working as a team and have fun experiencing life together.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into this faith, although I was not raised in an active LDS home, my testimony of it's teachings were nurtured through grandparents and later friends. Through the years as I have studied and prayed and served, I have come to love the gospel of Jesus Christ. Forever grateful for His love for each of us, for His atoning sacrifice, that we might all have opportunity to return back to live with our Heavenly Father again.

How I live my faith

I have served as the President of our Young Woman's youth group in our Stake. As such have participated in many youth conferences and girl's camps. Also working with large young adult groups in a variety of activities, one which included making children's blankets for a local woman's shelter. Working with Woman ages 19 to 90, I have helped organized humanitarian projects, from hygiene, school and newborn kits to quilts and clothing. It is always delightful to see how so many woman will come together to help and serve one another.
