Hi I'm Lilian

I grew up in Idaho. I love all things artsy, beautiful, and literature related. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Idaho and now study at Brigham Young University. I am passionate about literature, the arts, and all things bright and beautiful.

Why I am a Mormon

I was blessed to be raised in a home with parents who faithfully taught the gospel of Jesus Christ. From a young age, I was taught pure and simple truths about my Savior's love for me, and the power that God has to help us be happier. As I began to rely upon my own intellect and develop my own beliefs independent of my parents as I grew older, I began to test the truths I had been taught. Through prayers imploring God for guidance, scripture study through which I gained revelation, and my reasoning and spiritual impressions, I gained the belief that the Church of Jesus Christ is the true church upon the earth today. Personal challenges and experiences have further strengthened my conviction that God lives, that my Savior suffered and died to complete the Atonement in order to offer me a chance to be saved, and that through the true church upon the earth today, I can gain true, eternal happiness. That is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying, each day, to be better than I was the day before. I live my faith by praying to my Heavenly Father, and by striving to use my Savior Jesus Christ's Atonement daily. I live my faith by trying to be kinder to my neighbors, by showing my love to my family, and by pushing myself to become a bit more like my Savior each day.
