Hi I'm Tuiamanu

I am Tuiamanu Faamausili. I am going to serve a full time mission in Mexico Mexico City Southeast.I am a Mormon.

About Me

Hello my name is Tui. I was fortunate to have been born in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints like most of my family. My family has been through many trials and tribulations. Our past consists of hate, guilt, shame, loneliness, and heartache. My parents never saw eye to eye, they fought many times and it tore our family apart ironically I am proud of my past, because it has made me and my family the strong people we are today. It was the gospel that changed both my parents and by the age of 14 my family was united pulled together by God himself. He saved us from the firey darts of Satin, it was also through the love the people of the church that brought us together. Life is still tough but that life, and the daily trials make me stronger. I took sixth in state for wrestling and I also play right guard for football. I love learning new things and helping people when they are in need of anything. I am going to serve a mission in Mexico Mexico City Southeast.

Why I am a Mormon

I was originally born in the church as well as my family and we all have been active members since. However true conversion comes from the heart and the trials that I went through and how the gospel helped me get through them is the reason why I stayed because I had a clear understanding of Gods hand working in my life. As I grew in the church and stayed strong to the principles and standards I soon gain a sure knowledge, a testimony, of this church, so that I did not have to rely on my parents any longer. It was the church who pulled my family together, helped me make the tough decisions in life, kept me mentally straight and morally awake, comforted me in times of need, and helped me understand that me and everyone on this earth are truly children of our father in heaven. The church helped me make since of life before, now and after this life. With out this church I can say I would not be where I am right now and that is I am blessed with great parents, a loving family, education, a home, ect. All things are possible through God and only through God. We must seek his help and come unto Christ. I beleieve this church is true and I know that God Lives

How I live my faith

"Faith without works is dead". That is how I live my faith and keep it striving. I do the things that may seem little but it is what keeps me close to God and brings me closer. I say morning and evening prayers daily, I also have attended seminary and I go to church every Sunday to partake of the bread and water of sacrament and to keep the promises I have made with god. I am the first counselor to my bishop who oversees the people in our ward.
