Hi I'm Mesa

I'm a web designer, athlete, outdoors enthusiast, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Mesa and I was raised in a small town in Idaho, the second oldest of 8 children. I love to be active, and I love all kinds of sports examples include; basketball, volleyball, hiking, backpacking, snowboarding, trapshooting etc. I love living in a small town where there is peace and quiet and where the mountains are practically in my backyard. I discovered a love for computers in high school and I have pursued that passion by furthering my education majoring in Web Design and Development. I love being a leader and find myself in leadership positions often. I'm excited to learn new things and develop my talents.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I chose to stay a part of this church because I know that it is lead by leaders who are inspired by God including a living prophet who receives revelation to guide the church today. I know that God loves all his children more then we can even imagine. I know that the prophet Joseph Smith restored this gospel and translated the Book of Mormon, a book of scripture I know to be true. I know that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, came down to this earth and suffered for our sins and died on the cross. I know that because of this ultimate sacrifice we can be resurrected and return to live with our Father in Heaven when we die.

How I live my faith

As a follower of Christ I strive everyday to live my life to reflect my beliefs. I live by the motto "you don't find happiness, you make it!" I believe that I can make my environment a happier place by serving those around me and lifting others up. I will soon enter the mission field and share the simple truths of this gospel to many of God's children. I'm striving to prepare myself to be a light and example of Jesus Christ to the people I will be serving.
