Hi I'm Caleb Price

I play the violin and love classical music. I have been called as a missionary to serve in the Italy Rome Mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a senior at my high school. I have played the violin ever since I was in 4th grade. I love music so much, especially classical music which I know is strange. I plan to study music and the violin in college so that I can possibly be a film composer in the future. I also love watching movies, hanging out with friends, going to concerts, eating ice cream, and playing board games with my family. I am also an Eagle Scout. After high school, I will leave to go on my mission. I have been called to serve in the Italy Rome Mission and preach the gospel in the Italian language.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I believe in Jesus Christ. I believe His church is on the earth today and that church is the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I prayed about it when I was younger and I continue to ask God about the truth of the Book of Mormon, of Joseph Smith, and especially of Christ. And every time I have always felt the reassurance of the Spirit confirming the truth of the things I learned as a kid and now I know it for myself. I am a Mormon because I have received blessings daily by following the words of the prophets and the scriptures, and have felt great comfort in my continual progression towards becoming like Christ, being spiritually clean, and returning to my Heavenly Father. I know that Heavenly Father is my literal Father in Heaven who knows us. I know that Jesus Christ is my Savior and died so that we can be saved and He lives! I know the Book of Mormon is a true book of God and testifies of the true gospel of Jesus Christ like the Bible. I know Joseph Smith was called as a prophet of God to restore the true church upon the earth in this last dispensation. I know Thomas S. Monson is a true prophet of God called today to protect Heavenly Father's children and lead us back home. And I know that the knowledge of these sacred truths keeps me going every day, and helps to work hard and get through the trials of this life.

How I live my faith

I'm a part of the presidency in charge of my fellow young men that are between the ages of 16-18. As a group, we decide what activities we will do that Wednesday and also plan the lessons we will hear on Sundays. I also take part in blessing the sacrament during church on Sunday. I also try to represent what I believe in the way I behave at my school, to my friends, and in the community. As followers of Christ, we are encouraged to serve others and so I'm a part of my two honor societies that strives to serve the local community. I also use clean language in my daily conversation and also ask my friends to do the same when we talk. Every week I strive to live my life in harmony with God's will.
