Hi I'm Maren

I grew up in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. I go to BYU-I. I love the beach, art and music and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I attend BYU-I and I am studying graphic design. I am currently preparing to serve a mission in Santa Fe, Argentina to teach others about my faith. I play the piano and ukulele. I love the beach, photography, going on adventures, and just chilling with friends. I hope to be able to travel a lot more because I really enjoy going new places and meeting new people!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that the Gospel is true and how much happiness it brings to me in my life. I know how real and strong Satan is and how important it is to follow God and keep his commandments. I know that God loves each and every one of his children. I know that God is always there for us and he wants us to come unto him. I love this church so much and I know that its teachings are true.

How I live my faith

I am preparing to serve a full-time mission in Santa Fe, Argentina for a period of 18 months. I am very excited to have to opportunity to go and spread the word about my faith!

What do Mormons believe is the purpose of life?

Mormons believe that the purpose of life is to learn and to have experiences that will help you to become more like God. God created us each individually. He gave us all bodies and gave us the power to choose between good and evil. This ability is also known as agency. God also wanted us to form bonds and relationships through families that can become eternal. If we follow God's plan for us, we can return to live with him and be with our loved ones forever.
