Hi I'm Luke

I live in Utah. I'm a recent convert and have an unwavering and cherished love of the gospel and Christ's Atonement. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love Cross Country running and Track and field. The freedom and progression that running brings is such an amazing feeling to me. I enjoy any sport, getting outdoors, reading a good book, and playing different instruments like the clarinet and the ukulele. I graduated from Success Academy and have a focus on the sciences, mainly biology. I love spending time with my family and friends, and I love the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Why I am a Mormon

I have always believed that this gospel is true, but was officially converted to the LDS Church a little under 3 years ago along with my sister after taking lessons from the missionaries, reading the Book of Mormon, and asking with a sincere heart and a real intent if the gospel was true or not. I received a feeling of warmth and peace that let me know that it was indeed all true as I had always believed. It is this feeling of safety and comfort especially in times of struggle or trials, that continuously strengthen my testimony and faith in Christ and His atonement for us. My friends have also helped me build my testimony in so many different ways through their examples and their actions. By surrounding myself with them and other positive influences, I have learned how wonderful charity and kindness can really be, and I will continually strive to improve my ability to show those qualities to everyone around me. I am grateful for this amazing gospel and for the testimony of our living Heavenly Father, and I will do everything I must do to live with Him again someday.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by doing the best I can to be kind to everyone around me, and by being an example to my peers. I know that younger kids and peers may look at my example so I make the effort to be positive, kind, and uplifting whenever I can.
