Hi I'm Taylor

I was born in Las Vegas and raised in Georgia. I plan to be a registered dietitian. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently a wife supporting her husband in dental school. Some of my hobbies are hiking, playing the guitar, and sewing. My husband is full Korean so I enjoy learning how to cook Korean dishes from my mother-in-law. I am planning in finishing my bachelors one day and becoming a registered dietitian.

Why I am a Mormon

I have grown up in the church my entire life. This has its advantages and disadvantages. Some advantages were that I was taught a lot of core principles by growing up in the church. It taught me how to be a person who has good values. The church focuses a lot of families being forever and being a wife and a daughter this brings a lot of comfort into my life. Having latter-day prophets also gives me peace and comfort especially in such a changing world. Some disadvantages were that it was more difficult to gain a testimony of my own without relying on my parents testimonies. However, through trials in my life I was able to rely on the Atonement and gain a testimony of my own. It wasn't easy but it has been worth it.

How I live my faith

I am currently a ward missionary in my ward. I do my best to reach out to those who are new in the ward as well as participating in lessons with the missionaries. I am not shy about my religion and try to share the blessings it brings into my life with those I come in contact with. I would not be who I am today without this gospel.
