Hi I'm Jess

I dance like a grandma and bake like one too.

About Me

Hey there, my name is Jess. The only thing I love more than an In'n'Out strawberry shake, is winning Monopoly. Things that make me happy? babies, cats, baby cats, baby anything, Mcdonalds breakfast menu, The Celtics, gardening and grandmas. But the thing that makes me the happiest is Jesus Christ. He is real and when we allow Him to, He can change us and help us to become holy. The gospel is all about joy & I've felt that joy in my life as I've stayed close to the Savior. I love Him and I'm so grateful to be able to serve Him on my mission in Ohio, and throughout my whole life.

Why I am a Mormon

You know...I think I've always had a testimony of the gospel. I've never questioned it. Ever since I was a little kid I've felt the spirit & just known that this is the true church. As I've gotten older that tiny testimony has been strengthened again and again as I've made good choices like reading the Book of Mormon, praying, and going to Church. I am a Mormon because Joseph Smith told the truth. He really did see God and Jesus Christ, and Christ's church is back on the earth again to bless all that will accept it.

How I live my faith

I love the outlook on life that I have because of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Knowing that God has a specific plan and purpose for my life here on earth, gives me so much depth and meaning! I mean seriously, how great is it, knowing that God has a plan for my life and that it's the plan that will help me be ETERNALLY HAPPY!?!?! so cool.I am currently serving a mission at the Historic Kirtland Visitors Center, helping others come closer to Christ, by sharing the stories and testimonies of the early Saints. Being able to add my testimony to the early saints here in Kirtland has filled me with so much joy, and gratitude for the Savior.
