Hi I'm Stephanie

I love photography. I appreciate the little things in life. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to learn. I'm going to University and if I could, I would get a degree in everything so I could try out every career. I don't know what I want to be when I "grow up" but I love to help people. I am a photographer who seeks to capture genuine moments of everyday life. For me, it is all about the little things in life. I enjoy the outdoors, trying new things, reading, and discovering how things are made.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because of the peace and joy the restored gospel of Jesus Christ brings into my life. In world full of so much confusion, the gospel provides a reliable and sturdy foundation for my life. Because of the principles and doctrines of the gospel, I know that I must live my life in a certain manner in order to find peace and happiness in this life, and the life to come. As I have grown up, I have come to know of the love Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father have for me personally. I know that when I make mistakes, I can become clean and pure once more because of the atoning sacrifice that Christ has made for each of us. Although life can get difficult sometimes, I have faith that all things will work out and that my trials will help me become stronger. The gospel encourages me to have a positive attitude and I know that "those who move forward with a happy spirit will find that things always work out." - President Gordon B. Hinckley

How I live my faith

Jesus Christ has invited all to follow Him. I follow Christ through actively seeking ways to serve and love others. Genuine kindness goes a long way and I find when I look outside of myself, there are so many opportunities to help others. I can be the answer to someone's prayer as I willingly and selflessly accept the call to be the Lord's hands through service. Service comes in many shapes and sizes and I find a peace and happiness in my life as I pray for and seek opportunities to serve and share the love that God has for each and every one of His children. I constantly strive to become like Christ through my everyday thoughts, words, and actions. Being a Mormon is an all day, everyday lifestyle, not just a Sunday lifestyle. Some ways I do this are by keeping the commandments, studying my scriptures daily, and praying daily.
