Hi I'm Haylee Evans

Live in Utah. Love sports, family, and the beach! I am a mormon.

About Me

I am 19 years old and living at home with my family in Utah all of which are mormon. I attended Utah Valley University taking my prerequisites for nursing school and currently working as a CNA for a senior living facility as a medical tech. I worked for a clothing company for about a year and a half because I also really enjoy fashion and also work as a receptionist for a nail salon. I played volleyball all through high school and a lot of other sports growing up, I especially loved soccer, basketball, and golf. Other hobbies include going to the beach, long boarding, photography, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because this church makes me happyr. This is where I find my joy. Its where I can feel peace and know my purpose in life. I honestly believe that all of the teachings are true because of the comforting spirit that i feel. I absolutely know that Joseph Smith restored Christs church here on earth. I know that the Book of Mormon is true and that it blesses lives from its teachings. I know that the prophet today, Thomas S. Monson is called of God and that he is a true prophet, seer, and revelator. I know that God is my father and that we are made like him, I know that he is kind, loving, and wants me to learn and succeed in this life. I know that Jesus Christ suffered and died for me personally, and all mankind. He sacrificed for me and through his Atonement I can be be forgiven of my sins and feel whole again . I feel comforted that he knows everything I am going through, he knows all of my pain and helps me to get through trials. I'm very grateful for this gospel and I absolutely know that it is true. There is no other church on earth that is like it, there is nothing else that can give you this much joy, and that is why I live the way I live and continue to follow Christs teachings, because nothing in this world can give you the happiness that this gospel promises.

How I live my faith

I am pretty involved in the church, after moving to a different area and into a new ward I now have different callings. I was the Laurel president in my young womens class and have also been beehive president, and a mia-maid counselor... these are different classes in the church. Now in my new ward I am a visiting teacher, but I am going to be heading out on a mission very soon.
