Hi I'm Eddie

I grew up in California,I was a high school football player and wrestler, and i'm currently serving a mission in Mexico.

About Me

I grew up in an lds home. I love to play the ukulele, guitar, and piano. I wrestled at my school, and also played three years of varsity football. Family is an important aspect in my life along with my love for my savior Jesus Christ. I am an Eagle Scout, and learned through the scouting program how to be more self sufficient. I like to spend time outdoors whether it be playing sports, camping, or going to the beach. I love spending time with my family and friends. I am always looking for ways that I can better myself and those around me, and I enjoy giving service no matter how big or small the task is.

Why I am a Mormon

Early in my life, I have had many trials. One of them being losing my father to Cancer while I was in the eighth grade. It was in that time that I had truly gained a testimony of my faith. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints teaches us about how we can have eternal families, teaches us how we can be better spouses, brothers and sisters, and friends. All of these teachings are teachings I want to apply not only in my life, but in my children´s lives also. I guess in total I am a Mormon because I love my savior, I love my family, and I love the happiness this gospel brings into my life.

How I live my faith

For these next two years I will be dedicating my life to serve the Lord by serving a mission. I am currently serving in the Tuxtla Gutierrez Mission in Chiapas, Mexico. Prayer is an important aspect in living my faith because it allows me to communicate with my father in heaven whenever I need his help....which is ALWAYS. As other faithful members of my church have done and continue to do, I live my faith by putting all my trust in Jesus Christ my savior.
