Hi I'm Eliza

Born and raised in Philippines.I love adventures! I am proud to be a Mormon.

About Me

Hello My name is Eliza. "eliza" means promises of God. I stop going to college because I am preparing to serve a full-time mission. I am taking Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering. Ever sinced I was a child, I really really want to be an engineer. I love hiking, biking, mountain climbing, anything adventurous.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a convert. Like others, I was once a wandering soul looking for sense of belongingness. Then the missionaries found me. Same time I found out that my mom is also a member of the Church. She hadn't told me about it. She became inactive for 30 years. The missionaries taught me about the restored Gospel. I've felt that the Spirit is telling me what they are talking about is true. Then I decided to be baptized. I am so grateful to be a Mormon. I can see how the Gospel blesses my family. I am so grateful to know that I am a child of God and Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ loves me. I know that Heavenly Father has a great plan for each of everyone of us. He loves you more than you can imagine :)

How I live my faith

Being a Mormon/ member of The Church of Jesus Christ od Latter-day Saints is fun. It is nice to live with a Christ-centered family. It’s like nothing could go wrong. I am called as a Young Single Adult Representative, Assistant Librarian and soon I'll be serving a full-time mission in my own country, Philippines Naga Mission. I have the strong desire to servce a full-time mission because I want to share the happiness that I've felt when I became a member of the Church. I want others to know more about Jesus Christ. I am so grateful that my family is a member and if we strive to live the Gospel and keep His commandments I know that we can be together for eternity. There is a lot of activity inside the Church that will strenghten our family and our faith.
