Hi I'm Taylor Olson

Called to serve in the Korea Seoul South Mission. I love experiencing new cultures, and meeting new people. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love playing and listening to music! I play the guitar and piano, and love to sing. I also love all art, but I specialize in 2D mediums. I'm a photographer. I'm and adrenaline junky. I play basketball and rugby, and I surf, snowboard and love being outdoors. I love my family, and I love spending time with them, as crazy as they may be sometimes. I love the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and I'm excited to serve The Lord!

Why I am a Mormon

Why am I a Mormon? I'm a Mormon because I've learned for myself, through prayer and scripture study of the Book of Mormon and the Bible, that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is a correct, and true church. I've also come to learn that God is good, and merciful, and that he loves each one of us unconditionally. I love the Gospel, and I love the Book of Mormon. I love Thomas Monson, and I cherish his counsel and words.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by always looking for opportunities to serve other people, and by always trying to better myself in every aspect of my life. Some examples of service are hometeaching and Elderly care. Hometeaching is a monthly visit from two companions (Myself and another) to a particular family, to offer service, teach, and most importantly, be friends. I also go on, on a weekly basis, to an Elderly lady's house, to provide comfort and company, and to offer service. I also abstain from certain behaviors and choices, and follow the guidelines set by the church in my day to day life at high school.
