Hi I'm Bryn

I love running, tennis, dancing, scarves, turquoise, sweets, music, intellectual conversation, and a good laugh. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm in college, but I have no clue what I'm studying yet. My favorite classes are Institute and beginning tennis. I did debate in high school and absolutely loved it. I love stimulating, intellectual conversation and civil debate. I'm practically always hungry. :P Some of my favorite foods are chocolate, ice-cream, fresh fruit, veggie trays, and french fries. I enjoy Italian and Chinese food. Currently, I'm working at a small law firm, doing office work. Some of my hobbies include reading, tennis, making jewelry, and running. One day I hope to learn how to ballroom dance; I think that would be fantastic. Music is a big part of my life. I love listening to music, singing, and playing the piano (I need to work on practicing that more, though). I listen to a lot of pop music. I also listen to quite a bit of classical music. My favorite colors are turquoise, purple, and silver. I think scarves are wonderful; I currently have a collection of over 30 of them. I love emojis. ^_^ :) 3 =D

Why I am a Mormon

This Gospel has brought me so much peace, hope, and joy. Knowing that God loves me has helped give my life meaning. Knowing that I can pray for answers and guidance has given me a lot of comfort and strength. I know there is modern-day revelation, both on a personal level - between God and myself - and on a church-wide level - through the Prophet Thomas S. Monson. I know that our Savior, Jesus Christ, also loves us. Through His Atonement, we can repent and be washed clean of our sins, which is extremely reassuring.

How I live my faith

I'm currently on the Activities Committee in my ward. We help to plan some of the weekly/monthly activities for our ward. As I mentioned earlier, I love Institute. I'm currently taking an institute class on the restoration of the Church. I'm preparing now to serve as a missionary of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (aka the Mormon church).
