Hi I'm Deanna Judd

I am a Utah native and a Mormon. I am a wife, Mom, and grandma.

About Me

I'm am a wife, mom, grandmother and great-grandmother. I have been very busy living these roles. I love my family so much. I grew up in a small town and met my husband at college. With 4 daughters and one son, life is never boring. Even though we're retired we don't have enough hours in the day. I love reading, DIY projects, movies, gardening, home decorating, traveling, organizing, playing solitaire, and much, much, more.

Why I am a Mormon

I am lucky to be born into the Mormon church. Through the example of my parents and others I have developed a strong testimony that this gospel is true. It teaches and enables me to live the complete and happy life by serving others and living it's principles. All the answers to this life can be had with these gospel truths and learning to live as Jesus Christ did. Through his atonement we can do it all.

How I live my faith

With 5 children and a small close-knit community, there have been many opportunities to serve in my world. As an active Mormon, church and community callings have led me to teaching, participation, and leadership in many areas. It is right where I want to be because it better helps me to learn the gospel and teach it to my family and others. Learning and understanding and living our gospel principles will always be my most important accomplishments. knowing I can have a personal relationship with God to guide me through it all. The relationships that I have and share with my family and others are awesome. My testimony is very precious to me and I will strive always to strengthen it and serve others. Going on a mission with my husband is a dream come true. I'm am so excited to stretch myself and try to make a difference to others by sharing the Gospel that I love.

Who founded Mormonism and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints?

Deanna Judd
Joseph Smith, who as a 14 year old boy in the spring of 1820 went into a grove of trees and prayed to learn which church to join. In answer to his prayer, God the Father and his Son Jesus Christ appeared to him just like in biblical times. He learned that the Church originally organized by Jesus Christ was no longer on the earth. Joseph was chosen by God to restore the Church Of Jesus Christ to the earth. Show more Show less
