Hi I'm Caden Carter

I am from Portland, Oregon. I am a student-athlete. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a senior in high school. I play football, basketball, and lacrosse. I have had two shoulder surgeries. I am going on a mission to Moscow, Russia and will attend BYU-Provo afterwards. I love to play games with my family, succeed in school, and be active. Currently, I am training for my first half-marathon.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Mormon church. As I have grown up I have grown my testimony of the gospel. I know that, through the power of God, Joseph Smith restored the church. I know that because of the atonement I can be comforted, and perfected. I know that I can live with my family eternally. I know the Book of Mormon is a true testament of christ and that it can guide anyone who truly wants to learn. I know that we have a prophet on this Earth today that is guided by God and I know that he helps guide us through life. I have experience my own fair share of trials and am so grateful that His gospel has been in my life to help me become a stronger person.

How I live my faith

I am the second assistant in my quorum. I love to serve others in the community and I love to serve my family. I set my standards high and always strive to meet them. I have been called to serve my mission in the Russia Moscow mission. It is important to me to encourage others to grow their faith.
