Hi I'm Karen

I'm a wife and a mother. Family is important to me. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I like to be around people, especially my family! I love to laugh! It's fun to find common interests with others and do those things with them. I like to play board games, go to places, go to thrift stores and find great buys, attend my grandchildren's activities, go to movies that are funny and uplifting, eat out with friends, tell stories to children, and just to talk together and be friendly.

Why I am a Mormon

I became a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints when I was 16 years old. The missionaries had contacted my brother's friend's family and my brother sat in on the discussions with them. Shortly after that, I began attending meetings with my brother. I had questions that I wanted answered about Heavenly Father and his plan for us. I learned about the blessings that Heavenly Father has for us. I had a deeper desire to live my life in such a way that He would be pleased. I learned how to grow closer to Jesus Christ by reading my scriptures, being loving, serving others, and striving to be a better person.

How I live my faith

I like being a part of our Church congregation. I have been blessed to work with children, teenagers, and adults at different periods of time. I have grown by teaching lessons and conducting meetings. My testimony of the Gospel of Jesus Christ has increased as I associate with others who love the Lord.
