Hi I'm Logan

I grew up in Idaho and learned how to work hard and have fun. Now I'm serving as a missionary and I love my religion!

About Me

Growing up in Idaho I have learned to enjoy the outdoors. I love to go camping and spend time with family and friends in the mountains. I was in the Scouting program as a kid and received my Eagle Scout. After high school I started working in construction doing mainly tile work, and I love it! I am currently serving as a missionary in the Arkansas Bentonville Mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the Church and I had great parents and support all around me. I had a great group of friends. I couldn't have asked for much more. That being said, I was just a regular teenager like anybody else. I began to put up walls in my life. I went inactive in the Church after graduating from high school and got involved with drugs and alcohol. Life went on like this for about a year and then those friends I grew up with started coming home off their missions and I could see a change in them. Their knowledge and testimony of the Gospel filled me with hope and I decided to give the church another try. I knelt in prayer one night and put it all on the table before my God. I told Him about all the mistakes I had done, and I asked for His forgiveness. I asked for His help in overcoming my trials. I knew that I could not do it alone. I remember driving to work the next day and just having the undeniable feeling of joy and it felt like I was driving 20 feet off the ground. I felt so light, and I knew at that moment that the atonement was real. And if the atonement was real, then so was Jesus Christ. And so from that I decided to put my faith in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I am very pleased with where I am in life right now!

How I live my faith

Currently I attend a YSA (Young Single Adult) ward and it is great. I love being with people in my same age group, and I love learning from them as well. But I have recently accepted a mission call to serve in the Arkansas Bentonville Mission, and I couldn't be more excited!
