Hi I'm Kimberly

I am from Guatemala, but I currently live in Texas. I am a student, traveler, and a missionary. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up as a member of the church and I am so grateful for my wonderful mother who taught me how to live the principals of the gospel. I am a Sophomore in college and I work part-time as a student assistant. I love learning new things, working hard, and staying active. I love having busy days filled with; school, work, and my family. I love Elephants! I love to serve those in my community and abroad. If I could do anything, I would work for non-profit organizations in helping people all over the world. I am a future missionary, and I can not wait to devote a year and a half to the Lord! I love this gospel and the happiness it brings to my life.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the Church, but as I grew older I began to build my own testimony of Jesus Christ and his true church. I began reading the Book of Mormon in a different way. I would really study and ponder the Book of Mormon to learn more about Jesus Christ. As I make Jesus Christ the center of my life, everything falls into place. I know that Jesus Christ lives and that my Heavenly Father has a plan for me. I know that I can live my family for all time and eternity, that brings me great peace.

How I live my faith

I am a Ward Missionary, meaning I go with the Sister Missionaries to teach lessons to people who are interested in the church. This is a wonderful opportunity for me to practice being a missionary in preparation for my mission. I live my faith by being an example to those around me; in the home, school, and work. I am continually trying to be more like Jesus Christ and I show it through my actions.
