Hi I'm Lydia

I grew up in Utah, but I live in Sweden. I love hikes, singing, watching soccer and eating popcorn. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am an avid movie watcher, trail runner, song singer, and peanut butter eater. I just finished my first year of college and am studying Advertising and Marketing. I love to listen to music, go for car rides, play with my pup, and get involved in the community.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I believe in Jesus Christ. I know that that teachings and principles that have been revealed through the Book of Mormon are exactly what God desires for us to live by so that we can return to him. The eternal happiness that has come into my life as I have been a member of this church is incomparable to anything I have ever experienced. I feel the love that my Savior has for me and each of His brothers and Sisters as I live the gospel of Jesus Christ. It is my hope and my joy.

How I live my faith

Around my community I help in planning fun activities for my peers and me to participate in. I also visit different members of my community and make sure they are doing well, and provide service for them whenever they are in need. My friends and I are always looking for opportunities to serve those around us and meet new people. Each week, a group of us meet and find different ways to reach out to those living around us.

What do Mormons believe about Jesus Christ? Do Mormons believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God?

Lydia
We believe that Jesus Christ is the literal Son of God, and our Brother. We believe that he created our earth. Jesus Christ is our Savior and Redeemer because he suffered for our sins and died that we may live again. He is the source of hope in our lives as we follow him and repent for our wrongdoings. We will all live again because of Him. Show more Show less
