Hi I'm Sister Lexie Ellertson

I grew up in Utah. I am the oldest of 3. I'm a bit of a tomboy and I love sports, being outside, and I love this gospel.

About Me

I'm a pretty well rounded girl. I have a little tomboy in me and also love to dress up. I love softball and played all throughout high school. I played basketball, volleyball, and snowboarded a lot in high school. But that doesn't keep me from enjoying being a girl too. I competed in a beauty pageant and dance competitions. Being a well rounded girl, has given me a lot of experiences in different things and getting to know all kinds of different people. Something unique about me is how close I am to my siblings - in age and in friendship. I have a younger brother and younger sister and we are only 3 years apart but we are best friends and do everything together.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the teachings of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. At the age of 8 I chose to be baptized a full member. Since that day my beliefs have grown and strengthened me to become the woman I am today. I am proud, I am grateful, and I know this church is where I belong.

How I live my faith

I am a full time missionary. I live away from my family for the next 18 months so I can share the gospel with others. Before I left for my mission, I was a teacher for 4-5 year old kids in our church. I also participated as a group youth leader among girls my age from the time I was 12 - 18.
