Hi I'm Trevor

I love anything to do with cars. I love the outdoors. I love my family and spending time with them and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love spending time with family and friends. I love the outdoors and any kind of adventure. I enjoy good honest hard work. I love sharing the Gospel and will be leaving for a 2 year mission soon.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been very fortunate to have been raised in the Gospel but like everyone, both those born in the church and converts, I needed to gain a testimony for myself that this was true. I can't give you a specific day when I "gained" a testimony; it was a process that took time. The biggest turning point for me was when I was 11 years old. At that time in my life I was struggling to find happiness. My childhood up to that point had been a little rough and it started to weigh down on me. I confided in my mother and told her what I was feeling; she then told me to read the Book of Mormon. Up to that point I had never read it on my own before. It was not easy for me and I was a bit hesitant but when I finished reading it for the first time and prayed to know if it was true I received my answer. Not only did I gain a testimony that the Book of Mormon was true I also knew that God was real and that He loved me. It wasn't long after that experience that I was able to feel that happiness that I was searching for and that testimony has only continued to bless my life everyday.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to follow Jesus Christ's example each and everyday. I'm definitely not perfect and make a lot of mistakes but when I do I use the Atonement of Jesus Christ to repent and start over again. I also take the commandment to serve others very seriously and try to find ways to serve my fellow brothers and sisters everyday especially by inviting them to come unto Christ.
