Hi I'm Bridgette

I am currently serving a full-time mission in the Michigan Lansing Mission. The great outdoors is my life line. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have lived in Utah my entire life. My hobbies include playing the violin, anything artistic, all sports(especially volleyball), listening to music, dancing(not professionally), singing in my car at the top of my lungs, and just being with my family and friends. But more than anything, I just love to be outside. Hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, camping, four-wheeling, and just exploring the great outdoors. I've played the Violin for almost 8 years, and absolutely love the instrument. I have also been an artist for as long as I can remember, and have always had a passion for it. And that's me! (:

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that this church is true with all of my heart, mind, and soul. Not only because I have been raised in this church and taught from day one that it is true, but because I can feel it. And that is something that nobody can make happen for you. When I pray, I feel the truth of it burn inside of me. When I enter the temple, I feel like an entirely different person, pure and at peace. I have received answers to prayers in a way that would make no sense if the church was not true.

How I live my faith

I work very hard to make it to church every Sunday. I have two callings in my ward right now; Activities Planner and Ward Missionary. As an Activities Planner, I help plan some of the activities we do as a ward. As a Ward Missionary, I am responsible to reach out to less active members, non-members, or newer members and make them feel welcome in our ward. I also do Visiting Teaching, getting together with other members I'm assigned to and visiting with them monthly. I work diligently in each of my callings and I am happy to serve.
