Hi I'm Ældste Peel

I was raised by a great family. I love mountains and all I can do in them. I love Cache Valley Utah. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am Nathan Peel, I will be serving in the Denmark, Copenhagen mission for two years. I enjoy rock climbing, hiking, and just being outside in general. My family lives in Paradise, Utah, which is south of Logan. I will be attending Utah State University when I come home in two years, as of now I want to go into the field of medicine, specifically cardiology. I love the gospel and have seen the Atonement in my life. I am so grateful to be a part of this church and live at this time.

Why I am a Mormon

I was baptized when I was eight because my family is very strong in the church. My family has always been very strong in believing in the gospel of Jesus Christ. Just as the healthy do not need a physician I did not realized what my Savior has done for me. Over the years as I have gone through trials and given in to temptations I have realized that wee all need the Atonement of Jesus Christ. I have found comfort in pains from the one who felt it all. For truly Christ felt the pains of all the world and took upon all the sins that we have done. I am so grateful for the knowledge I have of Jesus Christ, I am glad for his Atonement and for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

How I live my faith

As a missionary I love God and his son, our savior, Jesus Christ. Every day I think of the love that they have for me and how I can more be like them. I am in training at the MTC, every day I study my faith I build on the seed of faith I have planted in my heart and I practice teaching others. The Gospel is my all at this time in my life , I have consecrated my self as the Lord's missionary and am willing to do the tasks he has set apart for me.

What is the Atonement of Jesus Christ? Why was it necessary for Jesus Christ to sacrifice His life?

Ældste Peel
The Atonement is the greatest gift we have been given in this mortal life. Jesus Christ the only perfect person to ever live took upon himself the pains and sufferings of all. All of the sins, sicknesses, and heartaches that man would ever experience. All this to make us whole. for it is written in the scriptures that no unclean thing can dwell in the presence of God and we cannot return to live wit our Father in heaven as the fallen men we are. Because Jesus Christ, perfect lamb of God, took upon himself all of the sins of all imperfect beings we too can live with our Heavenly Father again. Man can rely on his own skill and knowledge to get him through this life, but once he dies he will be lost without the Atonement of Jesus Christ. Because of this Atonement by our perfect brother we can have all of the blessings that our God and Father has for us. I love Jesus Christ for this great sacrifice he made on my behalf. He has so much love and has enough mercy for us all. Show more Show less
